I don't really have a favorite food - I like pretty much anything, excluding parts of an animal that are not intended for consumption. I've eaten calamari, sushi, carnitas, and for a while I've tried to convince my parents to let me try tofu just for the sake of trying it. I am a foodie, to say the least. When Central Market has those food festivals, I try to go to as many as possible. Also, I'm a big fan of endorphin rushes - my dad makes this super-hot chili in the winter and once, when he made his hottest batch ever, everyone else was nibbling at it but I would've licked my bowl clean if it wasn't improper. I was ten. When a person eats something really hot, their taste buds send out signals to the rest of the body that tell it it's under attack, so it releases endorphins to ease the pain, and it gives you this feel-good sensation. I love it!
Have a wonderful week!!
Love from your faithful blogger and (David's girl)friend,
Meridith
