When I was little, like in kindergarten or so, I used to be a big fan of Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Hamtaro, and stuff like that. I think it was mainly because as a little sister, I was sort of a shadow to my brother, always following him around and bugging him. We'd play pretend that we were Pokemon trainers (I was always Misty because I thought she was awesome) and have Yu-Gi-Oh trading card battles. We'd use our family's ever-growing supply of hand puppets and stuffed animals as different Pokemon (the squirrel puppet was usually Squirtle).
