As you can see from my previous post today, I was not a happy camper. However, my friend introduced me to the beauty that is teavana.com. I'm a HUGE tea fan and I've always wanted to make loose leaf tea, so this was the perfect website for me. She showed me this strawberry misaki blooming tea - once the dried tea steeps, it actually blooms into a carnation-type flower! It's so pretty! Go to the website, type "strawberry misaki blooming tea" in the search bar, and you'll see what I mean.
Teavana doesn't just have tea, it also has tea brewers, strainers, and my very favorite kind of sugar - rock sugar. It's not granules like regular table sugar, but it looks like little amber-tinged pebbles!
And another happy finding!!! THEY HAVE A LOCATION KIND OF NEAR MY SCHOOL! From the sound of it, their stores are like half tea bar (samples aplenty), half tea emporium. It's heaven on earth in a nutshell for tea fanatics!
